Kid-friendliness: Has lots of choices which kids would like

They have horrible service and random people answer the phone and won’t even make your food.

Absolutely horrid experience. I ordered through the app, was told my order would be delivered at 7:08 but it wasn’t delivered until almost 7:40. I ordered a single pizza and tipped the driver; not to mention I only live 4min away from this particular location. By the time my one pizza got here it was cold and obviously burned, and I can’t tell which was worse. Tried reaching out to the store to figure out where my delivery was and as soon as they answered I was transferred and wasn’t even told where the call was going to be transferred. I even tried to contact customer service through the app and it crashed four times. Maybe it was just my luck or Pizza Hut just sucks. I’ll stick to ordering on DoorDash from mom and pop shops.

Sick and tired of places asking you to tip the person behind the register for handing you your food. They literally have to turn around take 2 steps and have me put my card in the reader.

The pizza was excellent, but I didn't like the way the lady behind the counter slammed the top of my pizza box after she showed me my pizza. I don't know if she was having a bad day or something.
