Lorena provides dry and lazy service. And the way she handles her employees in front of customer's when they ask her a question is very embarrassing. No effort in trying to satisfying the customers. If your tried and having a bad day,stay home. But the young lady Maria took it like a professional champ!!!! She's the only reason I went ahead and placed my order. Do better as a leader.

Went to pick up my food but there was nobody at the counter. I must have waited for like 10 minutes and nobody attended the front desk. Terrible service
Spent $80 on a few plates. Got 2 kid meals. If this establishment is going to serve fruit that looks like this. They shouldn’t serve it at all. The strawberries were brown and mushy.

I am totally beside myself with this experience at your carryout I arrived on time after ordering online I was greeted at the window with it’s gonna be another five or 10 minutes. I was told to pull up and park in the parking lot I called on the phone and was told by the man that what time they gave us on the Internet wasn’t them and doesn’t mean a thing. Upon a brief discussion with him about that he hung up on me I went in to get my food, and he found it on the shelf that it was ready I got home the food was cold. I was insulted by this man by being hung up on there was an unauthorized tip added to my bill which he said it wasn’t him. It was them he called it. Totally not pleased that I want a refund.
