Whataburger

I went to this place it had cold fries burger cold didn’t offer any sauces poor customer service I won’t be going there anymore

Food is alright. No offense to the guy that served me my food, but why does he have such a bad odor?! Hygiene in a restaurant should be top priority and makes me question how and who handled my food.

The service at this location today was horrible b no care in the world. They had customer waiting over 30 minutes and still no effort was shown to get people out of the store.

Burger is always good French fries always delicious

Food was great but service was a little slow. Employees were absolutely friendly.

I haven't been to Whataburger in years. The service was great and the atmosphere was cool. I just didn't care for the food. Whataburger just isn't my jam.

Update after new management: The new operating partner has definitely made a difference. Speed is now more up to regular standards for Whataburger, order accuracy is MUCH better (perfect for me so far even with lots of sandwich customizations), and the staff is more attentive. There have always been good people working here but they were lacking good leadership. Seems like it's heading in the right direction now. We will make this our regular Whataburger again. Still have some work to do in order to meet typical Whataburger standars. 3 stars for now. I'll bump it up if the quality and service continue to improve.

I stopped there on Wednesday and wanted to use some of my Whataburger rewards. I went through the drive through and was told I needed to redeem on the Whatburger app. I was holding up the line so I paid and left. The next day I went on the inside to get assistance. The staff was warm, pleasant, helpful, and the establishment was clean. I didn’t get his name, but the cashier showed me how to use the app to redeem my rewards. I purchased 2 pancake platters. Constance brought me out my second order. After seeing I had 2 orders instead of one, she went back to the back and put my orders in a bag. It’s the small things that counts. Great customer service.
