Domino's Pizza

Most ridiculous Dominoes pizza I've ever went to!! If I can give ZERO stars I would. Walked in a establishment ran by full of teens without any good leadership. At the counter temporarily and the young bot didn't even want to acknowledge me, insisted on being on his phone. Manager was helpless, asked for paper plates non available. I then asked for Napkins none available. The store manager needs to get a grips of thus establishment, I'm surprised it's still functioning. I'll never return again...

If there were any negative stars I can give to this store. DO NOT ever go to this store. They do not have cash change or accept card. They have the worst customer service you will ever get.

Deleted my positive review 2 months ago. AJ was rolling her eyes and extremely rude. Live close to the location but will never be back. 14 employees working and not one of them has a clue. This doesn't fall completelyon them but management.

Took 2 hours to receive our delivery pizzas today (if you can call them that). I called an hour+ into waiting and they claimed “the pizzas are already out for delivery.” When the pizzas finally got here they were severely burnt but COLD & completely inedible. This dominos used to be our favorite for a quick, affordable meal. What on earth has happened here??? I had to throw the entire order away today & now am having to deal with emailing customer support and trying to just get a refund and not a coupon for half off. *sigh*

I ordered a large ham and pineapple for pickup. Once the order tracker showed it was ready for pickup, I left my house to head to the store. When I arrived I was informed that my order was not ready and they just mark them as ready so corporate would think they were doing a good job. After 25 minutes waiting in the store, they finally gave us our order. We got home and this is the pizza we received. I called the store to have them remake it for an exchange. I was informed by Julius that he can’t remake my pizza right now and to call back at 8:30pm and ask for him and to remind him at that time he said he would make me another pizza. It’s currently 6:30pm. Am I seriously expected to wait for 2 hours for them to remake a single pizza they burnt to a crisp? I won’t be ordering from this location again any time soon.
