2020: I’ve been eating at JMs for a long time and was happy to see one nearby after moving here. Overall the staff are usually nice and the store seems clean. Update 2/24: I removed my comment about the slow checkout since they installed updated POS that is faster The latest batch of workers seem very off. I never get a “Hello” or “How you doing?” any more. Just a “Know whachu want?” My past two visits the guy at the garnish station never even made eye contact. I’m not looking to be treated like I’m at the Ritz or Chick-Fil-A, but your customers are people too, and the basic things like eye contact and smiling can make all the difference before I tap on that tip button.

Very rude staff. Never been here before so I don’t know what mikes way is. Chill out and be patient little short dude.

Horrible customer service! My family and I visited this place last night and the two male employees were very rude. We walked in, stood at the counter and both guys were having a conversation (amongst themselves), looking at their Mobile phone and laughing and talking as if we weren’t there. We stood at the counter about 2 minutes, so after no acknowledgment, I decided to greet them instead, which one of them (probably manager in charge) refused to speak and walked in the back…very rude! Food was good but employees, very unprofessional!

I walk in to restrant hoping to sandwich, but guy at counter was being very rude. Guy with man bun and mask not on mouth and when I ask for name he mumble out something like "road land" my English not very so i no know what he was saying very well but took very much to get sandwich and was not much pleased.

Food very good but Ronaldo very rude. He gave me ham sandwich when I ask no ham. I very nicely ask for no ham.

If I could give less than one star I would. Everyone who works there has zero customer service skills. Never going back.

Good customer service and clean establishment. I'm hooked on those chocolate chip cookies.

Great customer service and clean. When I am in the area is my place to go.
