Walmart Supercenter

My name is Caryle Mitchell, I had to use my nephews google account to write this review. I've been a resident in Kingston for over 100 years and have been captain of the mens department for a little less than that, and in that time I've never had a worse experience at any store than the one I had recently. I was in a pickle and had to do some quick shopping for my nephews BBQ over the weekend and had to stop by Walmart to get some hot dogs and sodapop for the gathering, well im finishing up at the self checkout, struggling a bit cause lifting all these sodapops is making my arm get sore, and as im about to walk out this woman named Lauria standing at the door (should be called diarrhea for the way she treats customers) asked for my receipt but i had it texted to my nephews phone, caden,. She had just watched me scan all my items and pay and still proceeded to pull me to the side and get in contact with my nephew to show proof that I had paid for all the items. This took almost AN HOUR and I was late to the BBQ. This was such an embarrassing experience and I will never be visiting this walmart again, "Lauria" needs to be trained on how to treat customers because she clearly lacks in that area or just flat out needs to be fired.

Been a long time since ive been in a walmart as i try not to come here. But i tried to use my phone for apple pay and they dont have apple pay or Samsung or google pay. I try to avoid using my card due to increase in fraud and its 2024 people. I had left my card in my other bag and thought nothing of it but they make you pay via a QR code that takes you to their app which YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD and can take forever. Incredibly inconvenient and outdated. Thank you for reminding me why i never shop here

New renovations look good but the store is very confusing to navigate. Couldn’t find certain items anymore.

Beautifully redone Walmart. And enough checkout capacity for once!

Overwhelming amount of variety in store. Fairly well laid out. Didn't seem over the top on prices. All in all great experience.
