Sweet and savory pie and pastry in Hudson Valley, NY. The Little Rye Bakehouse prides itself in creating unique seasonal flavors using locally sourced ingredients. Our recipes all include a little whole grain flour (rye or wheat) which we mill in house using Wild Hive grains. Everything is small batch and made from scratch, hand rolled and carefully crafted. We’re a tiny place, hoping to keep a tiny footprint with a simple intention-- to bake for our community. We’re the little guy (the little rye) in the neighborhood, and that's just the way we like it.
