Eliza

Eliza is a Kingston neighborhood bistro inspired by Europe, rooted in the Hudson Valley. Drawing on the same farm friendly, “reduce and reuse with a nod to the seasons” ethos as the team's provisions shop Fletcher & Lu next door, and with the same warm and welcoming atmosphere at Ollie's High Falls, Eliza features an honest, straightforward and seasonally driven approach to cooking with the seasons. With a dramatic and cozy interior, the restaurant includes a variety of cozy seating nooks, full service bar seats and an open kitchen centered on the wood burning grill.
