Came at 1pm, front door was locked, was about to leave and then someone said to use the side door, we came in and were told to use the kiosk. when I asked for assistance with a modification, I was told if I needed help, I can go through the drive-through, so instead I left. Horrible service.
Experience ruined. Ordered uber eats and i didnt get any hot sauce i asked for. Its part of my order. Im going back to idaho

Been a few months since they opened, and its just gone down hill from day one. I dont think i have ever received my complete order when going through the drive thru. I would say ive lost about 30$ in the handful of times ive gone there. The inside is gross considering it's a new building, and its a major ick when you dine in only to hear the manager literally screaming at their staff for being understaffed (management issue), and belittling the drive-thru customers in front of the dine in customers. Half of the staff was hired from mcdonalds and it shows
Very awful costume service waited 10min the at counter while several employees looked at me not even a hello or be with you soon keos machine was very dirty and smare marks all over it I left no lunch for me that day, then came to get breakfast at 830am a month later and the door was still locked got breakfast at Burger King across the street it was very clean good costumer service and fresh food . Most every visit at this Taco Bell store was filthy greasy floors and garbage on all the tables garbage over flowing very dirty place to eat at the food is just slammed together without care very poor management skills are shown here I don't recommend eating at this location unless you want to catch covid or get food poisoning. Shame on you Taco Bell corporate staffing for not enforcing proper food service skills to your employees.
