Jimmy John's

We tried the new hot beef n cheddar and ham n cheddar. They were very tasty.

Ordered two sandwiches, and one (a Vito) had only lettuce, tomato, and dressing (no meat and cheese). Did not realize until we were too far away to do anything about it. Very disappointing, hopefully this is not a regular occurrence at this location.

Wife ordered delivery and messed up the tip option in the app, there was a $3 charge added for the delivery which she thought was the tip. The staff were friendly enough to put a big red circle around the tip in sharpie on the receipt. We both got bad food poisoning from the food and ordered separate sandwiches. Won't be eating here again.

I love Jimmie John's and visiting there, they've always been quick and friendly. I'd give more stars but they don't deliver to my location. I'd order from them all the time if they would. They really need another store on my side of town.

I went to this specific Jimmy John's yesterday. There were no customers inside and only one in the drive thru. It took the six employees 7 minutes to make my two sandwiches. The sandwiches were really good, but the wait time was ridiculous. Every other Jimmy John's I've been to take just a minute or so to make the sandwiches, if they don't have it completed by the time you've finished paying for your food.
