Walked in at 9:00, waited and waited. We could hear someone in back working. We finally went to the end of counter and yelled several times when we finally heard “give me a minute” . When she finally stomped up front with zero eye contact we said hi several times and that we didn’t know if she could hear us because there was no response from her in the back. She continued to not look at us and said nothing but her face said it all. Did not want her serving us anything at that point so we left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Make sure they put enough meat on your sandwich. I think Miss “Garlic Roast Beef” (the one that wears the Subway jersey says that) has been cheating people out of the amount of meat they should get. Every subway sandwich is supposed to come with a certain amount of meat on it, and they even have a scale for measuring the meat out on the front counter, to make sure they get it right, but I think they are still screwing people over. So if you like the meat on your sandwich, keep an eye on them when they make it, to make sure they aren’t cheating you out of any of it. The amount of meat they tried to put on my sandwich was pathetic.I made sure to fill out the survey on the subway receipt letting them know that too.
