Older lady at the counter could be a little less demeaning and short... The rest of the employees were very kind. Everything was clean and tidy... Coffee was great .

Gavin and Trista were working the drive-thru windows when I picked up coffees today and yesterday, respectively. These young folks give my hope about our country's future. Consumate professionals, super courteous and respectful, and customer service oriented are just a few words that come to kind. They set the bar high for all fooks in the food industry service. Anyone who knows them, should emulate them. I strongly recommend the manager to recognize them publicly amongst their peers... great job hiring them and training them. A lot of Starbucks in Chesapeake... this is my favorite!
