Just reminded myself why we don’t come here $7.00 for 2 bagels with cream cheese

William is the best sever here. He made us laugh and smile before we even got our order placed. Thank you William.

I’m disappointed again. Several months ago the donuts were hard, enough people complained and they fixed this problem. Every day, fresh donuts! Unfortunately we are back to “hard as rocks donuts”! I’m so disappointed!!! Please do something about this.

Dry as a tire my doughnut was.. terrible decision to buy one

I just bought a extra large coffee from this place. I get a few minutes down the road to taste it and it tastes horrible like the cream was spoiled . I don't know. With that and a doughnut, it was $5. Complete rip-off and now I'm going to throw away the entire cup of coffee which is still full so that I don't get sick.

Update 1/15/24- Not sure what's going on, but the donuts aren't even worth purchasing anymore. I was excited to see they brought maple donuts this way, only to be disappointed when i ordered one. It wasn't just the maple though. All of the donuts were like this. Hardly any icing on them and the donuts themselves were hard and dry. The staff are hit or miss. Some are really nice, others always seem to be irritated. The ones who should be irritated are the ones paying for these gross donuts. Drive-thru staff were super friendly and orders have always been quick and accurate.

If you want to be treated poorly first thing in the morning this is the place for you. I agree with all other reviews that this location has gone way down! It’s unfortunate because it’s a convenient place for so many people. The staff is rude, the donuts are mediocre no matter the time of day. It’s not worth it… go to Starbucks and get donuts from anywhere else!

After I order I waited for around 40 min when a lady asked me if I needed help, and i said im waiting for my order and they forgot to put in my my order,never again
