My husband and recently came in and our waitress Lazaria was so sweet and helpful I haven’t been to Red Lobster in a very long time so it was nice to receive such friendly service and good food too! Will be returning more frequently
I want to thank Nita Singleton for going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. Her genuine hospitality and impeccable service made all the difference. Ms. Nita was an absolute gem. She knew the menu, offered great recommendations, and cared about our feedback. We’ll be asking for her the next time we visit.

I am a regular at this Fayetteville location. We arrived on April 14, 2024 around 5PM. Red Lobster please remove and replace all booth seating that has massive rips and tears. Surely you must know It is not comfortable for the client. Lazaria, our waitress was OUTSTANDING. She provided us with the highest level of customer service. Had one or two mishaps with the food. However, the manager came over and took care of us with the highest level of customer service. Stephanie Colvin Army Veteran
The good: Staff was understanding and nice. Hostess needs more training. The terrible: Joined wait-list on app and was told additional 10-20 minute wait upon arrival. Told the hostess I was going to go order a drink from the bar while we wait. Only 1 couple ahead of us and restaurant was maybe at 40% capacity likely to understaffing issues. Was paranoid and did inform the hostess twice that we were not intending to eat at bar, only order drinks. Waited 20 minutes for a drink, and checked back in with hostess. It appeared she cancelled my reservation because all of a sudden we were at the back of the line with 5 parties ahead of us. Waited additional 10 minutes and offered to pay for my husband's drink (which was comped) and left. Was hoping that in the 10 minutes they would be able to remedy the situation but nope we were now at the back of the line. Total wait time was 33 minutes, and wouldn't have wasted the additional 5 minutes to write this if it weren't for the restaurant calling me an hour later asking if I was ready for the table that I had originally reserved 1.5 hours ago.
Red Lobster is nostalgic for me. However, I had not eaten here for such a long time and was looking forward to doing so. Much to my dismay, the quality of the food was horrible. There's no taste at all. What happened to the seasonings ? You can tell their ingredients have changed along with the portion sizes. I can handle the portion sizes changing, but the quality of the food, not so much! In addition to the poor quality, the service was horrible. We waited more than 40 minutes for our food, and the server consistently forgot basic things. But to her credit, she was very courteous and friendly. Actually, she kept a horrible experience from turning into a complete nightmare. Everyone kept apologizing for the long wait time. It appeared they were down a cook. Please do better Red Lobster. You actually ruined a very pleasant memory. The good ole days eating at Red Lobster!
The quality and amount of food is lacking. Haven't eaten here in over 10 yrs and won't be going back. The cheddar buscuits are the best thing.
