I am going to preface by saying it is a very westernized japanese restaurant. Coming from 3 years in japan has probably made this review extremely bias. Pro: - affordable - diverse menu - tailored to alot of western tastes - has japanese and Korean options - shrimp tempura - chicken wings Con: - extremely americanized - sauce on everything - fish quality - anything with the soft shell crab - wait time to get your food (they only have one guy preparing all the fish, so if it is a busy night be prepared to wait. Don't take toddlers) - miso soup I really wanted to like it, but between the long wait times for food and then the quality, we ended up not eating alot of it. But don't take my word for it, we are just used to a diferent quality. I am glad this option exists in Fayetteville.
The wait was pretty long but once we got seated the customer service was fantastic and this was my first time trying sushi was very impressed and now a fan of it.
Very clean and friendly atmosphere, didn’t know which sushi to order, we told the sushi chef we like a fried shrimp and he made us a delicious “ dragon roll “ sushi ( I think it’s called) and my husband had a Hibachi grilled chicken and steak fried rice and they were delicious.
First time here not to bad had some sushi and shrimp tempura. First parking not alot of space at the actual restaurant especially if in a bigger truck or work truck. Walked in literally empty inside noticed not alot of seating which is totally fine. Ita a small cozy place. Hostess was super sweet and informative really liked her. Lunch menu needs more added was only like 5 rolls that was lunch price and sorry to say not ones most people eat. Price was definitely more then I've paid on average for sushi and for a basic one like the Philly roll that I ordered. Size needs to increase or price decrease. Shrimp tempura was actually really good . My Philly roll was good , soft shell crab roll was as others said more fishy then anything.
A quaint and homey restaurant where you can eat great food! They do in fact serve wasabi at Wasabi. Parking: Very small parking lot, but it's a small restaurant. So don't try to bring a gorbillion people. Parking was adequate for the max capacity of the allotted building.
Every time I come here, the food and its presentation is amazing The staff is so warm and welcoming This is my and my coworkers favorite place to eat
