McDonald's

Shelly and Lisa were so nice today when I went through to get my kids food. Both were kind and told me to have a great day! I haven’t experienced a positive interaction at any McDonald’s I’ve been to in the last few years so it was shocking. Please let them know they are doing a great job and much better than others!

This is one of the worst McDonalds. Staff was rolling her eyes the whole time, Manager was not any better very rude. I placed a simple order shake kis meal and they got that wrong by over charging. I bring it to her attention she smacks her lips and said no it's right. I asked for the manager (Shawn/Shon)he finally came over and said with an attitude there is a up charge for a bigger drink. I said yes I know but it's not $2.00. Can I please get help he then goes to the register and throws $4.00 my way to shut me up and doesn't even apologize. Horrible place and the fries were cold as ice, burger cold non of it was eaten. Waste of time and money.

The employees are super rude and the past few days I have showed up about 730 to 830 at night and they tell me they are no longer taking orders. I’m not sure why they don’t give us a reason and are disrespectful as in answering any of our questions
