Easy transaction, order was correct and food was Hot! Can’t ask for much more.

My chicken sandwich was hot and the bread was on point. Great customer service.

This place is terrible! They overcharged me and got my order wrong. The employees were rude and unhelpful. They don't listen! I tried to call the restaurant itself, no answer and then it went to a busy signal! Don't ever ever go to this location. They don't care about their customers and they are thieves!!! I'm going to attempt to go back tomorrow for a full refund!!!

Decided to stop here since I really didn't know what I wanted to eat. Had to end up waiting for some HOT & FRESH chicken which I didn't have a problem with. It was ICE cold in the facility but I know it's due to them cooking. Totally enjoyed my meal and will go back when time allows.

Absolutely the slowest in the entire Houston area and that's not an exaggeration. Went Wednesday, placed a mobile order ahead of time and had to wait several minutes despite literally being the only car in line AND STILL GOT MY ORDER WRONG. Went back today, Friday. Placed a mobile order and still ended up waiting over 15 minutes despite only 2 other cars. Then it took literally 5 minutes for them to even come to the window when it was my turn. I would have left if it was possible to cancel the order, but of course was already charged. This wasn't random or isolated times. I'll go to the one on El Dorado before going back there. Not even a sorry either time. Y'all are thee worst.
