I placed an order through the app and got the absolute worst sandwiches (4) EVER!!! For starters: I literally had 6 leaves of spinach on one footlong, no lettuce on the other one, banana peppers that weren't supposed to be on one, hardly any meat on one, one was almost naked, and then they were smashed!
I think this location needs to hire another employee to work the evening shift. It appears that having only one young man there isn’t enough to keep supplies stocked and things clean, even when there are no customers to help.
I do not recommend the tunafish. I think it was not properly refrigerated or something. I got very very sick.
My fiancee and I go to Subway on and off and we've never had any issues, until now with this location. I went to the bathroom which unfortunately didn't have any soap. When I came back from the bathroom, the woman making our sandwich was making a big deal about adding vegetables to the sandwich and me and my fiancee looked at each other confused, like what is she saying. It's like what we ask you to put on OUR sandwich that WE are paying for, just do it?! Her English wasn't that great, we already didn't understand what she was saying, then she proceeded to laugh because we didn't understand. THAT just by itself truly UPSET US!! We won't be back to this location, she needs a serious lesson on how to present customer service!! I was not remotely amused by what was transpiring. Fix this immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Was very slow, not like it was busy, but when I asked for turkey instead of ham (which I was willing to pay extra for) the woman behind the counter said they couldn't make any changes to the sandwiches, period. Which is absolutely asinine and the first time I've ever heard that at a subway.
This place is ridiculous. I went on a Saturday afternoon at 5:10 there was one kid working nobody else and nobody was in there. I ordered a #4 and he didn’t have all the meats for that sandwich. So I asked him to put extra of the other meat. He said he couldn’t do that. I asked him like it said on the website buy a foot long and get one half off he said they didn’t have that special. I asked to speak to a manager he said he was by himself. He was asking me what goes on the sandwich that I ordered he didn’t even know what goes on the special orders. So I left after he tried to make a foot long. That’s all it took for me to never go back to this subway.
Guy with the black glasses working tonight was rude. Salami looked funky.
