Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Every time I go into tropical smoothie cafe store to order a smoothie the employee brings the smoothie to me. Doesn’t just leave it on the counter, which is fine for other places, but I just thought this was a very unique experience and every time I order a smoothie I always feel like I’m on vacation. Furthermore I really enjoy white chocolate powder that they add to the drinks and I usually add extra and I’ve yet to find a smoothie place that adds the same white chocolate powder. I mean good for one company to corner market on that. I super appreciate the rewards and incentives from being a member of Tropical Smoothie Café. TSC also gives points for each drink and a free welcome drink, and also the referral reward drink when referring as well I also use my points and accumulate them. My family friend tried the mixed berry Greek bowl that had a Chia oatmeal pudding with fresh bananas, blueberries, and granola. It has the perfect amount of balance and texture ranging from crunchy to smooth; it was delicious with the bites I had of it. !!!! ✅ #smoothiegal

Ordered for take out through the app. My chía banana boost had no taste. I basically ordered chunky water…. Went in for a redo - found out he puts 7 pumps of water instead of 5 as listed. He says it doesn’t blend with just 5. Well idk how the other 25 times I brought this cup, it came out perfect. Idk y for the redo you would do it the same way expecting a different result… This is not my first time ordering this cup and I’m very disappointed as I am 7 months pregnant as well just wanting a refresher fill for the evening. Paid for something that didn’t come to how it’s suppose to be.

Had I good time my gf loved the acai bowl but it did have a lil bit to much blueberry’s but other than that it’s fine!!

The customer service is amazing here. Will definitely be coming back.

Great service and fresh smoothies

This is my new favorite addiction. The detox island green is super bright green and has a fresh citrus taste. And don’t skip on the edible straws…like a candy after a meal.

I love the environment , the food , the staff ! it’s such a welcoming place! Everything they have to sell is so good ! I tried the strawberry banana smoothie as well as an acai bowl and it was truly the best place I’ve ever tried . The store itself is very clean and just looks like a nice place! Will be coming back soon
