To begin with the cashier had a huge language barrier and was rude and impatient. We ordered the surf and turf which in this case should’ve been called surf and turd because that’s what it taste like . Also ordered the tilapia plate. This food was either old and reheated or just the lowest quality of food. Everything was cold and disgusting . The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad, trash everywhere . By far the worst Hawaiian bbq that we ever ate at. My sister threw everything in the trash before getting a chance to take a picture of the crap food
Just walked in to order the guy is grabbing food with his hands throwing food on the to go tray I asked if he uses gloves he says yea and I ask well where are your gloves why u using your hands he says do u wanna order or not I said he'll naw and walked out customer service is at an all time low would never come back here AT ALL.
I always get delivery so I can't speak to the service but the food, specifically the chicken katsu, is fire! Not to mention it's a huge portion that usually takes me a couple go-arounds
They overcook the Teriyaki chicken and the person running the register is rude.
First the place is dirty, the bathroom is next to the kitchen.. the service was terrible the manager should look for another job he has no customer service. He’s very rude.
Taste is not there and the shrimp was extremely greasy
I got takeout and the food was fire. Specifically the barbecue chick and mac. Absolutely amazing. I can only imagine the food being even better at the restaurant. Food served in takeout boxes is the best **** you’re going to get.
FOOD SICKNESS. I am feeling sick and rolling in torture. Stomach PAIN and NAUSEA. My vomit taste like Ohana To go. Shame on you, ohana bbq. Come here for unsanitary dishes and stomach flu.
Sadly, staff seems bored, looking at phone behind the counter. Half commitment at job means half commitment cooking food too. Made me sad to eat here. Always room for improvement, right?
I arrived somewhat early for lunch, but was starving nevertheless. I had to try the Lau-Lau plate here. It's not offered at all Hawaiian Bbq restaurants. I was first in line and ordered quickly. The fountain soda was good. I sat and waited 10 minutes. During this time, 7 customers had lined up and ordered. I guess I beat the rush. I got the food for takeout. So, the Lau-Lau? Pork wrapped in tea leaves and a banana leaf around that...was delicious! Serving size was good, rice and macaroni salad, plus a Spam musubi a la carte. Everything was worth coming back for seconds. And I'll take pictures too. ;)
Genuine people, always friendly. Great service, for sure your gonna grind. Everything is awesome.
Come and see.
