Slow and uninterested staff with very few customers in line. Fountain drinks were out of sugar and flavor. Tried to get a refund for drink and the staff was unable to figure out how to do a partial refund. was told i would receive a call from the manager and they would do it. Still nothing...

JOCELYN A., helped out both my coworker and I during lunch. Super friendly and fast service. She also explained difference between sauces etc. Love coming to blaze pizza.

Pizza was cold. Had so much flop, all of the sausage rolled off. Salad had nothing but tomato and feta and oregano shaken all over it. Mexican Coke is regular Coke in a plastic bottle.

Two girls forgot to add 5 toppings to 3 of my pizzas. Never coming here again.

I get the place was experiencing personnel shortages that day, but floors in the restrooms and dining areas were littered with napkins. The place ran out of cup lids by 7 PM, and it took a while for them to replace the napkins. The pizza was decent, but I would have appreciated more effective logistics and division of labor from this place.

A lot of indifferent staff served an ok pizza and just shrugged when there was no ice and none of the drink selection I ordered. There's other better options for pizza.

Avoid at all costs. This place used to be consistent, but was pretty filthy when I went today. There’s trash lying on the floor in the seating area and in the kitchen. The place where they make your pizza is super messy, like it’s never been wiped down. All the toppings have been contaminated and mixed with each other, super disappointing as someone who does not want random meat and cheese in their veggies. I also saw the workers use gloves for the toppings that have touched every other surface in the restaurant, defeating their purpose. My fault for still ordering, but ended up with my stomach upset after.

Looks like review wasn't correctly posted. Blaze was my togo place earlier but lately experience has been terrible. Seems like Blaze is not investing in the staff as it always seems understaff whenever I go and because of that the quality suffers. I wish this gets corrected soon but until then, no go for me.

BBQ sauce is too much, but the taste is good. Cheese is good too.

BBQ chicken pizza was good. But make sure to eat it hot.

The pizza is sooooooo good but every time I come here (which is like once a week) the staff acts like they HATE LIFE. I know they’re just kids but they truly couldn’t be bothered. I will only order online and pick up because it’s so off putting to order in person. And then when I pick it up, it’s missing half the stuff I order. I wish it wasn’t this way because the pizza is soooo freaking gooooood

Where they make your pizza looks like a hurricane hit it.I have been eating there since 2018 and used to be better maintained.My last two experiences have been bad.This last chance I gave them was the first time I was back from previous time a year ago and they have new people.Pizza sauce dropped everywhere.Cheese all over counter.While picking meat noticed stuff mixed in with meat and vegetables throughout the counter.Undercooked and got diarrhea for the next day.The city of Fremont should close them down for good and let a new pizza restaurant start up.I was there around 8/17/24 definitely won’t ever go back, I wouldn’t recommend eating there especially if you have a food allergy because you don’t know what they mixed in your food.
