Ono Hawaiian BBQ

Food was very good. But thought the place would be more sit down restaurant then small diner style.

Terrible service. Went in for a pick up. They said still getting food ready. Asked Alicia if food was ready after waiting 10 more minutes she said still getting ready. All for her coworker to ask me the name and the bag was sitting at the counter behind her. Ohana Hawaiian BBQ has better service than this place.

The fish was really good, but had a strand of hair in my salad :(

Employees were mad that I had questions about the menu… looked genuinely irritated to be there. Dirty looks while my food was being prepared.. all I was doing was getting teriyaki and Katsu sauce I just asked them to cancel my order and got a refund. I can’t trust people who look that upset to prepare my food. Took my business to the habit that was in the same shopping center. Completely different vibe greeted me with a smile and provided excellent customer service. I actually really like the food here was kind of disappointed that I didn’t get to enjoy it but zero out of 10 for the customer service at this location.

1 star because I spent $74 in one order 4 different meals and they didn't give me any katsu sauce at all. Ruined my meal I didnt even want my food anymore after this because the sauce is what makes the chicken katsu so good. Very big let down
