Im their haste to meet the corporate drive through clock they had us pull forward and handed us our order after a few minutes... ...well 1/3 of our order... We had to go back inside to get the rest of it and we're met with attitude.

This early morning, I went through the drivethru. The man was professional and pleasant. I got to the pay window as the line was moving quickly. The gal with all the pay/pick up window was fast, but not friendly. She blurted my amount, took my money, handed me my drink, and then my food. I didn't think much about her non greeting. I pulled away, realizing she had forgotten the milk in my order. Ok, I turned around, I wasn't mad, I pulled back to the window the man again was pleasant. I got to the window, no apology, same gal, she shoves my milk out, shutting her door she tell the guy "SHE GOT HER MILK". No, I didn't get my milk, and to say it loud enough so I could hear was disrespectful. I hope the store owner sees this. I want them to know I will not be coming to this location ever again. I am not going to be accused of being a thief over a half pint of milk.

The pop machine had pure syrup coming out where Coke is supposed to be.. I will have extra ice, Mrs Butterworth's pure maple and a torn straw please. Absolutely abysmal!!

Edit 1/4/24: I’m never going here again. Tonight was the second time in a row my quarter pounder was undercooked. This would be fine if I was grilling, but you never know with McDonald’s meat. I just don’t have time to keep going back for remake’s. The crew I used to celebrate for turning this location around are long gone. Yes, they are a bit slow in the drive-thru. On two occasions, they forgot items from my kid’s happy meals. Today they wanted McDonald’s, and so I tried using the mobile app for curbside pickup, hoping it would be quicker than going through drive-thru. 20 minutes goes by. I walked inside the restaurant to see what the deal was, and it turns out I MADE THE MISTAKE! My mobile app order sent the order to the wrong store! The young man helping me assured me it happened all the time, then he dropped what he was doing and pulled my order immediately, and didn’t charge me for it. He could have told me to drive over to the Fremont Pike store to get it, but he knew that would be an inconvenience and did it right. This is why I’m giving them five stars. This completely changed my perception of this location and how I saw those employees.

Update 12/2023. Ever since under new mgmt, it has gone down hill. Trashy, poor service, Rap music on level 10 and poor attitude from workers. Floors are dirty. Restrooms are horrendous. America is in trouble. I don't really do reviews on a regular basis. This experience broke that trend. The same franchise operator runs several locations in the area. This one is the worst. The place is run by children. Stopped in tonight at 7:30. Nobody hardly inside. We ordered a BOGO 1/4 pounder. Order taker was same individual that had to make them (this wasn't the issue). Order maker sends them down the "chute". They sat there for 1 minute while "order tender kid" stands there and pleasure yaps with other DT employee. DT employee beggs this other kid to make her cones (all the while my 1/4's) were right there for the grabbing. So the kid takes 2-3 minutes to make cones, shakes and what have you for the DT. I politely asked if it would of been so hard to just of put them on a tray and he could of done a 180 and then make the cones etc. He procees to get loud with me and acted like this concept would of ruined his day. He said that he had to make the cones first because the DT girl was new. He tossed my order and requested a remake (which I did not demand). Making customers feel like they are the problem is NOT good business. If you're going to have people work, they need to be trained. When kids run the roost, this is what your're going to get. This place used to have a great P.M. manager, but this place has slid into the basement of hell. To think these kids want $15. What a joke. Covid Update: expect to wait 10-20 minutes in DT. Employees have NO "spark", and apparently no manager to light a under them. Be aware if you are in a hurry.

I come here to my neighborhood Mcdonlds . Always busy and I’m always understanding. The staff are fast and nice. BUT TODAY has me shaking. I ordered a cup of ice with my meals.. remind you I DID ORDER IT AT THE SPEAKER BEFORE PAYING.. And ANGEL is her name (ironic) tells me I didn’t order it so I have to go back in line.. I tell her I did order it with my meals.. And she cuts me off , doesn’t let me talk. Tells me I DIDNT order it. Saying “you’re not allowed to order anything here!” And I replied “maam I’m not trying to order anything I’m trying to get what I ordered” .. And she proceeds to be the rudest person ever. I don’t like confrontation in a public place, but she was yelling and cursing at me. So I just pulled up because she said “you know what we will run you the cup of ice so just pull up” and using hand gestures in a angry way telling me to pull forward, .. all this could have been solved by just giving me a cup of ice ? So I pulled up. Waited forever 10 min... So I go inside . And get my ice. Ask for her name. And to add a cherry on top she tells her coworker to give me a small cup of ice (she was supposed to give me) with no lid when I already walked inside for one. So I asked for her name. ANGEL . Is her name. . Rudest person. Please have her work in the back not with people.

I cannot even believe the experience I had here tonight. I come through this McDonald’s often after long doubles at work and it’s usually just fine. Whoever was working the drive thru tonight was so rude to me from the second our interaction started that I literally left in the middle of ordering and went to the other Perrysburg McDonald’s instead. I haven’t had such a bad customer service experience in my entire life I’m truly shocked and disappointed. Whoever is taking orders for the drive thru there tonight seriously needs a reality check.
