Arby's

The restaurant was clean and very slow. The sales associate was patient with us because we switched orders at the last minute and our was correct. This Arby's still had a tree in the eating area but very nice atmosphere. My Reuben and Curly fries were good.

Nice people and good food

I stopped by the drive thru and got the 2 can dine for $9.99. I took the two orders of fries and fit them both in one fry container. I definitely got skimped on fries but it's when I opened my first sandwich that I had to laugh. Two, literally I have a pic of it and can't post, 2 pieces of roast beef on the sandwich. I checked my second one and it was the same! I paid $10 for 4 pieces of roast beef and what I should have gotten in one order of fries! On top of all that I asked for ketchup and Arby's sauces and they were sticky and covered in sauce. I love Arby's but will skip this store next time. 2 pieces! Seriously!

Where to start first I ordered a large jamoke a shake got what looks like a medium and it is a chocolate shake. Very poor customer service.. we fries are cold. The big game burger was very dry and overcoat. They can’t even follow, simple instructions as no ice in my pop. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Food is as good as an Arby's can be. I think the staff does an amazing job, but the Manager seems to be the one to get it together. They are short staffed like everywhere else in this world, and on a number of occasions I have watched the employees bust their butts to do the jobs of 2 or 3 people. While this is happening, I also usually watch the manager yell at them to move faster or do their jobs. Today, she was so busy yelling at the poor drive-thru worker who was doing his best to juggle multiple jobs to even make sure she was handing me the right food. She ripped my bag out of his hands and basically threw it out the window at me. She didn't even stop yelling at him while she was handing me my food. Very unprofessional. I get back to my office, and see she handed me the complete wrong bag of food. Now my lunch break is over and I am stuck with food I won't even eat, all because she needed to yell at someone and couldn't even be bothered to check the bag of food she was handing me. This is probably the last time I go there unless the manager decides to change her attitude.

Enjoyed the harvest turkey ranch sandwich. I like their previous one better. It had swiss this one had cheddar. N the tomato was a great Alice this time. It's usually thin
