The drive thru line had about 10 cars backed up. I decided to go inside to order. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for them to take my order. After placing my order, I saw the sandwich come up in minutes and sit there. Finally I see the employee place it in a bag and under a heat lamp. She then advised me they were waiting on fries. I had seen her drop the frozen fries in the oil just before she let me know. 3-5 minutes later, I got my fries. All in all, I would say it was 10-15 minutes for my order from start to finish as they concentrated on filling drive thru orders first. They also seemed extremely short of staff, I believe there were only 4 people working that included the manager. I understand being shorthanded, a simple explanation would have worked wonders as well as an acknowledgment of the person before me and myself waiting in line by stating we will be with you in a moment, thank you! This would have gone a long way to helping make a ok experience to a much better one.

Placed a order online and arrived for pickup in the drive thru it was busy but line moved quickly when I received my order everything was correct and fresh

Usually have no issues, the Dublin location has issues with the baked potatoes, nothing like having the outside layers cooked to a brick...

I go through the drive thru every day mon-fri for lunch. Everyone there is amazing.

Hot and fresh staff was nice
