They didn't have chicken sandwiches or chicken tenders (basic I know lol) but that double big mac wasove

Cold soggy fries. Nasty big mac.

Their McDonald's app is just awesome!

Last week, I went to McDonald’s on Bragg Blvd/Sycamore Dairy Rd and ordered a hot mocha coffee. Then, I went and sat at the table outside in front of the building and drank my coffee. After about 15 min, I decided to top off my coffee with some regular coffee to warm it up. I had drank about 2/3 of it and didn’t want to drink the last 1/3 cold. I walked in and one of the employees was refilling another ladies coffee cup. When I asked her to refill my cup, she told me she couldn’t do that because I came from outside. I said, “Yes, I was sitting at that table,” and pointed to the table out front. She again told me she couldn’t give me a refill and walked away. I was really embarrassed when I looked at the lady standing next to me who saw the exchange. Since, I couldn’t get anymore coffee, I asked a different employee for a cup for some water. She told me it would cost $.72, as she handed me a small child’s cup and walked away. I was so confused and offended and just took the cup, filled it with ice, and left. I’m not sure why anyone working in that type of place, a place that serves food and beverages, would be so unprofessional and rude to someone asking for a coffee refill and a cup of water. I paid over $4 for that cup of mocha coffee so, asking for a refill of regular doesn’t seem like an unreasonable request. McDonald’s, please train your employees on how to provide better customer service and maybe encourage them to be more considerate to the customers. And if we aren’t allowed to sit at the table out front and get refills, there needs to be a sign so patrons don’t have to be embarrassed when they try to get the forbidden refill!
