No dinning in option. The food is always hot and made correctly. Marcos definitely has one of the best tasting pizzas!

Was walking around, looking for some lunch, saw an ad on the door and it sucked me in. Had never been to this location before. Girl behind the counter was charging me more and tried to tell me it is for online only, and that she didn’t know how to adjust the price anyhow. After agreeing, I inspected the ad. Nowhere did it say for online orders only. It’s a “new” deal. Rather blanketed for all orders. I inquired again, and I got a sarcastic retort telling me she agreed with me, that I should contact corporate, and that I shall be charged the full price, not what is posted. Her name given was contrary to the name on the ticket. She was also rather incompetent in trying to print my receipt. She was never able to give me my original purchase receipt. Only a voided ticket. No management until 6pm this evening on a Saturday. Bizarre experience. Loving the bait and switch. Never going there again. Never recommending this spot in Friendswood, for sure.

We ordered the pizza with a lot of pepperoni, and it was delicious. Such amazing flavor. I'm definitely going back to try other pizzas.

Ordered two pizzas on the app and then called the store in Friendswood to verify the location and to make sure I could pick them up within a reasonable time and they told me to head to the store because my pizzas were in the oven and my app said they were ready so I went to the store and they could not find my order and they could not help me and they could not do anything to get me my pizza for my family to have dinner, super disappointed I will never go to this establishment again

I called to check on my order that I received an email confirmation 25 mins prior that it was on the way. The lady that answered the phone asked me " how can I help you?". I simply said calmly and said that I ordered pizza over an hour ago, and it has been out for delivery for over 25 minutes. She told me that she did not appreciate my attitude, rudeness, and I need to calm down. She also stated that I was the 3rd delivery out of 4, and it will be there soon. I said ok and then again tried to tell her that I am not upset or rude, just wondering where my food was, and I was sorry that their power went out even though I live behind the store, and my power was good. 1 hour and 45 mins later I received my food and its was cold, and I did not get everything that I paid for. This is not the first time that not all my food was received, with no refund or remake, but this is the last time I will ever eat at this location. The lady that is the night manager should be fired for her rudeness and lake of people skills and willingness to do her job. The delivery driver was new and he apologized for everything that had happend even though he never mentioned anything about a power outage....

I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service my husband just received when he called to simply follow up on our order. I was sitting right next to him when he gave details of how we ordered over 1 hour ago and then had been notified that our driver has been in transit for over 20 minutes and curious if she could give us an update. This employee firmly told him she did not like his attitude and then finally explained the power went out and they had 2 drivers. My husband thanked her and then tried to explain he was not giving any attitude only details to explain why he called and she just HUNG UP ON HIM instead!!! We have a 2 year old who is hungry and this level of customer service is appallingly. I have worked at a pizza place and can understand the level of chaos it can bring but for the manager to perform the way she did is not acceptable. We ordered at 6:28pm and it just arrived cold at 7:46pm. Guess we now have to use our oven afterall.

The customer service is ridiculously bad and their delivery is worse. I placed an order on their app and about 3 hours never received it. I called about an hour in and a team member mentioned my order was on the way. Later, my calls would not be answered and ultimately lasted 20 minutes on hold. This place is the worst.
