Rollin’ in the Dough is a neighborhood Louisiana style restaurant started in 1997 by local Shreveport couple, Katherine and Robby Ferrier. It started as a bakery but evolved into more of a restaurant and they still make homemade buns for the hamburgers and sandwiches. Also serving crispy fried Mississippi farm raised fried catfish, fried and boiled shrimp, poboys, gumbo, soups and salads.
