Great service at this location. I’m not one to complain but I had an issue with an order that was delivered and they remade and delivered a corrected item. I was pleased and happy that they took the time to correct a concern. Thank you to the courteous and caring employees. Will be back regularly as usual!

This Jimmy John's never disappoints. Ordered delivery during my time of studying. I bought the PePe on sliced wheat bread along with their limited edition red velvet brownie which is thick and moist. *cheif kiss

Hands down.....the most horrible first experience I've ever had. And last! The guy who took my order said my sandwich only comes with what I put on it, so I added cheese, onion and jalapeño ranch. I get home and it also has mayo, lettuce and half green tomatoes....had to throw all the toppings away or dig through them to take off what I did not want. Not to mention the "I'd rather be anywhere else" voice when I asked where we could get a bag. Then, as we are bagging our stuff, an employee THROWS a bag of chips onto the counter, which hits my husband's hand, but as they are already rude, no apology. And, why you can't heat bacon or sandwiches??

Our subs were so good!! Yum!! We will be back as often as we can!

More often than not, I have had issues with delivery from this location. Today, I placed an order and my app said it was received at 1201PM. I checked my app at 1230 and it stated my order had been delivered and completed. I DID NOT receive my order so I called. A lady answered and I explained to her the situation. She asked me to hold and I did so for 11 minutes with her never returning to the phone but I could hear them talking. I hung up and called back. This time a man answered, I explained it again and he asked me to hold. I was placed on a 5 minute hold. I, again, hung up and called back asking to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I again called back only to receive busy signals. I never received the delivery either or any contact.
