This Taco Bell typically outperforms the location on East Kings from a service perspective, but both are hit-and-miss. Don't expect your online order to be ready when the app says it is. My experience is that they typically start working on the order when you show up and ask for it. Vegetarian options: The refried beans are vegetarian.
Today's Visit... Taco Bell 1630 East Bert Kouns...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Although the Restaurant was Clean.... Absolutely Poor Greeting... A COTTONMOUTH DRY...You ready to order? NO Enthusiasm... Dry as Month Old Bread Crumbs!!! "Can I get a Chalupa And a Nacho with meat and cheese." (You can't add meat..... It's just chips and a cup of cheese.) "Let me speak to your manager." (He says, DRYLY ... I am the manager.) I know you should be able to add meat to a Nacho / Cheese! THEN we had to Ask for Extra cheese... There was cheese on top and NOT on the bottom....??? After being in Management (previously) for about 20 years.... THIS TACO BELL IS NOT VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! (Except for the Drive-Thru Cashier) ON TOP OF ALL THAT... THE MANAGER WAS TRAINING Someone else! WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE IS THAT?!? WHEWWWW! What a Taco Tuesday! Never Again!!! ~~~The Review Queen~~~
