Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux - Shreveport Restaurant

Trucker Drivers passing through on our way to our delivery. Ordered the "Devil on horseback" appetizer to start & it was decent. Shrimp was a good size. My husband had Crawfish Atchafalaya. Said his was okay could of used more crawfish in it. I ordered Catfish Atchafalaya & I was not pleased with it. Didn't have no flavor. Disappointed in it & didn't finish it. The service was good & the atmosphere as well. Plenty of tvs for sporting events. We were excited to try this franchise. But it was a bust! As truck driver's whom drive coast to coast & have tried a variety of different foods & franchise chains, we will leave this one off our list. My bill ended up being $55.00 with two glasses of water. A waste of our money.

Once I order and decided I didn't want it. They didn't want me to cancel.

The food actually was good BUTTT it was a very small portion of food the server said the pieces of fish were “big” they were the size of a small piece of tilapia, beignets were more of donut balls, i could eat my whole plate of etouffee in 3 bites the plate serving was for a kid for 100$ I expected the plates to be as big as a plate lunch in south Louisiana at least, but it was good my boyfriend had the red beans i didn’t like it had the chili burnt taste lol but my food was good (UPDATE- this post was made in January 2024 , was told to email them , i did , and got no reply..hopefully they are doing bigger serving sizes now for adults without a upcharge )

Atmosphere was the usual Walk-ons but the waitress attire was like eating at Hooters. Literally had butt cheeks hanging out. Would’ve been nice to know before bringing our teenage son!!
