Dunkin'

This is my first time ever having dunkin’ i received a gift card so i decided to use it at the one near my sons gym . Kayla took my order she’s very sweet and informative. The other employee suro if i’m not mistaken is also very sweet . The coffee is coffee i’m not a coffee drinker so it tastes the same as any other coffee to me . the donuts were decent wish they were fresh other than that no complaints.

WORST STAFF POSSIBLE !! THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE, WHENEVER THEY DO STAFF MEMBERS ARE POSING AS THE MANAGERS AND THEN PUTS THE MANAGER ON THE PHONE IN MID CONVERSTATION. THE MANAGER IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO ADDRESS AN ISSUE WITH A FOOD ORDER!! FOOD IS THROWN TOGETHER, SANDWHICHES BURNT, ITEMS MISSING!! JUST STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUND !

I love dunkin. However the one in fayetville I avoid. I ordered a large sweet tea and a red velvet donut. The tea tasted almost molded. ( I wish that was an exaggeration, unfortunately it's not.) The donut was stale.

Asked for a Ex- large coffee First coffee was warm 2nd cup she took a Attitude towards me. Not good …DONUTS NOT FRESH

Not the best Dunkin I have been. If a customer asks for a food item, they should not be told that the cook is on break???????????

I come to this Dunkin almost every morning faithfully. Elisa is one of my favorites to see, as well as others !! Always good customer service, and I am always welcomed as I come in the door :)

The people at this location are by far the most elite group of customer service professionals I’ve encountered in a very long time. They know my name my order my VEHICLE when I pull up. People buy from people not establishments. I genuinely enjoy my daily interactions with the group at this location and could not be more happy or impressed with the level of courtesy and initiative I see with them everyday.
