Amazon served the workers plenty of sliced white turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy & our choice of apple or pumpkin pie for each shift. Great food when you're working hard

Wow where do I start. I ordered Boston Market Thanksgiving Catering for and event of 50 people and paid well over $1k. Once 30min passed the expected delivery time I called the catering service, no answer for 30 minutes. I then called the direct line to Aaron who processed my order, and he told me he only places the ordered and I need to contact the actual store. He gave me the number to the Fremont location, but my invoice had the Oakland store number on it. I called both several times and no answer. Anyways, the catered Thanksgiving meal for my event never came and I did not receive a call back from the company. Don't waste your time or money. There are better options out there. ​Very unprofessional.

We ordered Thanksgiving lunch for our church in Livermore, CA for about 160 people and they took online order. They send us the quote and we placed the order. They took the money from CC and never showed up on the event date (Nov 19th). We tried calling them multiple times but they kept us on hold forever and nothing happened. We got fedup with their terrible customer service. All the people that showed up to our service left starving. As a church committee member, we were embarrassed that we were not able to provide food for all the people who came to church. We wasted our energy, time and money. We will never order from them again. 0 star for #boston market.

Just OK food when you are hungry. And no waiting.

The poor Lady behind the counter had to tell me about everything that was not available. Sides were very limited, wanted to buy a drink but the soda machine was not working so they were selling bottle soda and water. I have been going to this location for years. And yesterday will be my last time I go to the Fremont store. And probably my last to Boston Market period. Thank you
