Good, HOT food,,, but the wait queue was very long!

Long wait. Almost 1.5 hours before we actually see the food. Bad service, didn’t get our order right and no one was paying attention to our table. Not worth the wait and the price.

Rude, bad service

Food was great and the service was even better. All the servers were so quick and on top of things. The host did a poor job though. I stood at the front when my number was called and then a girl walked in front of me. Our table had been called first and first in numeric order but he sat the table that was after us before us. I thought that was rude. But then they also got a bigger table and were served quickly. If it wasn’t for the host who didn’t know what he was doing I’d give 5 stars.

One of the slowest Boiling Point locations I’ve visited. We were waiting at 3 PM for about 40 minutes, even though there were clearly some empty seats inside. The one I used to go to in Seattle (Lynnwood) is much better.

Nice restaurant with very nice, helpful staff. Good food.
