The hot chocolate tasted like water you can tell the Swiss hot chocolate packets are used. Each cup is about 6 dollars. Wouldn’t recommend.

Everything Hello Kitty High tea !!! So nice!!! My daughter's were so happy. The Hello cafe is located inside the spectrum mall in irvine. Which is in front of a Ferris wheel. Its a nice scene especially if your standing in line to buy treats or gear which is a separate line.you must have a reservation to have tea. Theyll open the back door when its your reservation time and bring you in the back to have tea.
