The food was average. Brio is super close to having excellent food. They just need to go the extra couple of steps. With the limited menu they have, Everything should be outstanding. Service was good but there is much room for improvement. Our server spent a lot of time chatting with the bartender rather checking in on his tables. I would eat here again if others in my party wanted to, but probably wouldn't choose it on my own. Parking: Can get busy on the weekend. Usually have to use valet.

I was really excited to come to Brio! It was my first time and sadly, I had a very disappointing experience. If you're thinking about going to Brio, do not. Save yourself. The restaurant was not busy and yet we waited five minutes to be seated. When we were seated, the server said to not lean too hard on the table because it was broken... He was not joking. There were plenty of open tables but apparently they wanted us at the broken one. Our tablecloth was already stained when we sat down, so it wasn't fully clean. I went to the restroom during the visit. The women's restroom was disgusting: wet everywhere, paper towels all over the place and all over the ground, toilet paper on the ground, soap was out, and the first stall door handle came off in my hand when I shut the door! I was locked in for a few minutes until I managed to get out but when I went into another stall, that handle was broken too (it also came off in my hand). I put it on the best I could and left. As I was emerging, another woman in another stall told me her handles were broken and needed help getting out. What's going on with broken handles in the women's restroom? For an "upscale" eatery, it is unsafe and strange that half of the stalls had door handles that came off in your hands when you closed the door behind you. A male colleague did not have this experience in his bathroom but it's clear that no one is checking or maintaining the restroom for women. It was gross all the way around. I went to the front to tell someone about this poor state of the bathrooms. I waited five minutes at the front (it was not busy) and no one came. The food was served cold and with small portion sizes compared to the price. At the end of the meal, we asked the waiter to split our check. We had 5 people, 5 entrees, and 5 waters. The waiter said no and it was too hard to do. We only had 5 entrees and asked if he would reconsider and he said no. It is 1 entree per ticket. As someone with restaurant experience, it is not hard to split a check for 5 meals and just waters. He just didn't want to. Overall, it was a disappointing experience on all fronts and I had to overpay since our waiter would not split the check. There are plenty of other, cleaner, safer, more cost efficient restaurants nearby with better food and drinks, including one next door to Brio. I suggest you skip Brio and go somewhere else.

We just went tonight (Sun, Feb 18) and I felt so bad for our waiter. The manager was prioritizing bussing tables (which weren't needed) over helping his waiters run food or drinks. The hostess kept sitting people for overwhelmed waiters and there were so many tables just being sat down at the same time which started to threaten the kitchen. There was no teamwork, no communication, and all tables were suffering. You could see it in customer's faces and exchanged painful looks. All of that being said, the food was good so kudos to the kitchen. Carpaccio and lamb in particular stood out as super tasty.

My family met for lunch to celebrate three siblings birthdays (there were 17 of us) and had a wonderful time. Our server Sarah was great, she was very attentive and made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend Brio Italian Grille and Sarah!
