I was charged a 3% fee for non cash payment. This is illegal for many reasons. 1) I used a debit card. According to visa’s merchant rules they can’t charge a fee for debit payments 2) they do not itemize this fee on the receipt which is also against visa merchant rules. My bill was $63.38 as shown in the receipt but I was charged $65.28 (not showing that receipt bc it has my card info on it). If they want to charge more then charge more. Credit card fees are part of your business build it into your operating costs! The reason this rule is in place is because it is deceptive and what Heritage is doing is deceptive.
Only go here if you want awful service, the bartender actually told us “you see these people over here… yeah they tip so I’m not gonna come to you” as my friend has a cash tip sitting by her beer bottle, I over looked how long it took to get server (30+ minutes for us to be acknowledged) as it was busy but when we first arrived the bartender was more worried about talking to friends at the bar then tending bar. I didn’t get mad about anything with regards from the tip comment until she moved her bottle to revel the $5 bill on a $10-$12 tab, but she responded with “well that’s not my problem”. It made it worse as I had her as a bartender the previous day… both days it was awful
Rudy was our breakfast server this morning, and we can't say enough good things about him! Nicest guy ever, serving the best breakfast ever...perfection!
Here is why I gave the food a 1. It was delicious, but when ordering a $16 appetizer that reportedly served 2 to 4, I expected way more food. I was very disappointed with the portion size.
The atmosphere and service was good, but the food was really disappointing. I ordered gnocchi with acorn squash sauce with kale and sun- dried tomatoes. The sauce was nice , but the gnocchi was mush! :/
Awesome food and great veiw of the golf course
Food is ok. Ambience is good. Worst thing they started charging 3% fee on non cash payments. Thats absurd.
