I could not describe a worse experience tbh. This is just flat out unacceptable from both IHOP and grubhub. Never coming back again

Food is so good and delicious also, you're given a well amount for the price you're paying... This location highly recommended

Stopped in for a late evening bite after a show at the strand. It was about 10:30pm on a Friday eve. They were open & serving food. Win/win. Food was good, as was service. Place was really empty. Hope it survives.
