Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

salads are so good. just wish they were alittle cheaper

Literally the only person in the restaurant and it’s taken 30 minutes to get my food. Finally went up to the counter after 20 minutes of waiting. Heard the cook put my order up and say my name, but the restaurant workers kept filling door dash and drive thru orders first. When I finally got my food, I asked if it had the extra sauces (which I paid for) and was told yes. They weren’t there.

UPDATE! Quality and service has declined a bit with the new owners. Not as great as it once was. Great service and excellent chicken!

Horrible! I ordered food fresh and received burnt and Undone. Customer service needs a revamp. Managers stop leaving these teenagers alone in the workplace. They need more guidance and better training.

It's ok nothing to write home about.
