Do Not go eat at this restaurant. GlideParcs charges you for parking in the garage. I am from out of town and got a $60.00 ticket. It was a Sunday and my meal was over $20.00 plus I have to pay a ticket!!!
Great food as always but the store is freezing. Apparently the owner won't turn on the heat unless a certain amount of days in a row have been cold? I guess customers and employees are just supposed to freeze in the meantime. Literally so cold that everyone kept their coats on and I took my food to go. Not a good way to do business and probably illegal.
The food is usually ok when they get the order right. Two of the last three orders have been messed up. Soo...be sure to check before leaving. This has been a problem years here...and it's not better. I agree with other reviewers...they need major customer service training. Also, tonight, BOTH potatoes were cold. Very, very disappointing.
I quite like the food from here, but sometimes it can be a real hit or miss. I usually get it delivered via doordash, and sometimes my order is wrong or missing items. I really like their club sandwich & tomato & cucumber salad, but like I said- it’s unfortunately a hit or miss.
Staff could use some customer service training. And the GM could use extra.

Not sure what happened to this place. It used to be ok (kind of pricey for ok food but a convenient lunch spot if you’re in the area), but it’s gone down hill. We’d heard it was under new management and decided to give it a try. Everyone there seems out of it or focused only on carryout. The staff aren’t really friendly or approachable. The woman who took our order lost our ticket, so we never actually got to try the food (unrated). The service is the worst. We sat in the lobby for close to 30 minutes waiting for our order. No one stopped to ask if we’d gotten our food. Our food was apparently taken or given away to other customers by the staff. We saw two eating in the lobby that had the exact same number, so the clueless staff probably just gave it away. We did manage to get a refund (though we had to ask several times while they scrambled around looking for our food). Can’t say I’d recommend this place. You’d do well to avoid it.
