Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I waited very long outside for my food via curbside pickup and they did not notify me they were not going to deliver food to me at all via curbside option from the app. I went inside and they had my food in the pick up area and it was not even hot. I ate the chicken bacon ranch cheese fries and the cheese curds paying with all my award points and cash to cover the cost of this order. The food had me exorcist vomiting as soon as I got home and had to get on the toilet. They gave food poisoning to a pregnant woman me and I believe it may have been due to willful negligence of giving ppl old food. I will never pay to eat there again obviously they don't care about keeping long term customers. I have been eating at that restaurant for years. Dietary restrictions: I am pregnant and they gave me old food and they didn't care they gave me food poisoning. I won't eat there again.

10/10 chicken.

Best Zaxby's I've experienced in years. The drive thru staff is the secret sauce for sure.

Oh my! This Zaxby's is good! I have had 2 others (Lake City, FL & Roanoke Rapids, NC) and it was awful. I said, "third times a charm" and am sooo glad i gave it one more try! This one gets 5 stars allllll dayyy long from me! Chicken was excellent, coleslaw was great, fries were perfect! I will return to this one again soon! Thanks for bringing me back to the world of Zaxbys, of which I thought was a hopeless dream.

The food didn't look good like most Zaxbys food does. Afterward, my husband got sick. I can not say for sure if he has food poisoning yet or not. The staff had no clue what they were doing. You could tell they were new to the job. The inside was semi clean, but I have seen worse at other fast food restaurants. The bathroom had zero soap, and the toilet paper holder was halfway on the wall, and the toilet paper was falling on the floor. I will not be back to this Zaxbys.
