McDonald's

Let me start off on the fact that I have NEVER posted a review before in my life, but this experience was so ridiculously bad, I had to write a review. I completely understand when places are busy and sometimes wait times my take a bit longer, but this was completely on the absurd side!!!!! I went into this McDonalds, ordered my food at the kiosk, and after 25 MINUTES, left when I still didn't have my food. It was just two sausage McMuffin with eggs and two hash browns!!! The lady before me was there for a half an hour and when she finally got her food, she only got half of it. They had to remake the other half. Only once did someone come out and apologize for the wait, but when she found out that we were just waiting on food and our orders were already placed, she disappeared into the back. The cashier was given the wrong food twice to take to drive thru customers waiting in front. What really made me upset was the fact that I counted 10 cars that pulled up to the drive thru after I place my order, and then watched them leave after receiving their orders. The drive thru seems to be the priority for this McDonalds! This is extremely unacceptable!!!! The staff completely ignored the customers inside and made the drive thru the priority. To Management, If drive-thru is your priority, then close the inside!!

Fast and had fresh food

People were great....came in right at closing and they got out food with no complaints!

Food was horrible. The bread was so tough it was like leather. Ate the burger without bread. It was not the cleanest.

Says they are 24 hours when I get here they claim to be closed!!

Excellent service, quick food. Wonderful stop along the highway, recommend.
