The food was fantastic and the service was fast. Our server Jasenia was very kind and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner and dessert and didn't feel overly full.
This was our second time here. It was a busy night, we were seated towards the back of the dining room, along with 2 other tables. One of the tables had two adults and several children. The entire time they were seated, they were on their phones, watching loud videos with the sounds very loud. Super distracting for us and the other table. In hindsight we should have said something to our server, Jasensia? I would have expected that the server and/or manager would be mindful of this type of client behavior and ask that they silence their phones. As much as we tried, we could not put it our of our minds. The food entrees were both good. Insalata Della Casa with chicken, and the Pesce al Pistachio (grouper). The service was very good. Friendly and attentive. Got a couple desserts. The Banana Semi-freddo was excellent. The Torta di Caprese was not very good. We were expecting a typical flourless cake that is dense/fudgelike. This was more like a gluten free cake. Pretty disappointing. Not sure if we are likely to return. So many other good restaurants with better ambiance.
We had our Family of 10 there for our annual Holiday Dinner. From the moment we walked in we were very happy with every aspect of our experience! The staff was attentive and friendly. Out server (I didn't catch his name) was terrific all evening, with great timing. All 10 of us we delighted with our meals. Thank you so much for a great evening!
We were cheerfully greeted at the door and promptly seated at our reservation time. Our server was sweet & kind. The drinks, bread & flavored oil, main entrées, and desserts were spectacular! Truly it was a special place to celebrate our occasion. It was indeed expensive but very very special & worthwhile.
As a parent, this was my and my wife’s first date night in months, finally celebrating Valentines Day the day before St. Patty’s Day. Our experience at Zaletti’s was one for the memories. Danielle was an incredible server with excellent descriptions of dishes and recommendations. Her service was top notch. The atmosphere was gorgeous. Easily one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants in MKE. We would absolutely recommend this establishment and if you can, ask for Danielle!
First time here from out of town, i sat at the bar for dinner as I was dining alone. The bar tender was very friendly, attentive and had some good suggestions on the menu. I ended up starting with the mussels which were excellent, the sauce was great to dip the warm bread in. The Carbonara was good as well, I thought the portion size was good, in house made pasta, cooked slightly al denté which is exactly how it should be. Very nice. The wine selection is good, with plenty of great Italian wines to choose from, and even wines by the glass had a nice selection. It was a pleasant experience. I will be back.
We loved our meal. Staff were very helpful with my diet restrictions and made good suggestions. Food and wine were great! Will be back when I’m in town next.
We’ve been here 2x in the last 2 weeks. Low lit so the pics aren’t great but the food is all amazing. Valet and street parking available (free after 6p I think too). Make reservations, even to eat at the bar - they are on opentable. We’ve had excellent soups both times! Service is friendly and attentive. Food and drinks are quick. Tiramisu is very tasty. Pasta dishes wonderful. Nice decor. Modern Italian for sure. Nom nom. Will be back.
