Yume (pronounced you-meh) is Japanese for dream. Adding a modern take to traditional Japanese fare, dining at Yume is a sensory experience that, like the best dreams, you don’t wish to end. Menu highlights include chef-inspired sushi rolls, sashimi specials and kushiyaki, coupled with a global sake menu and weekday lunch specials.
