I got food poisoning from the love boat meal. Used to love this establishment back at the beginning with the previous owners. Now it is just plain out terrible and would never go back.
Food was average compared to NYC Manhattan sushi places, prices were competitively priced for locale, but service needs improvement instead of a dismissive demeanor when serving.
One of our go to sushi places. Quality fish and a great selection of rolls. Service was a little off last night but still good.
I just think here is VERY high priced.... I eat sushi at least four times a month... It was my daughter 13 and myself 160$... I think just crazy.... We had the love boat sashimi and 8 ikura, salmon fish eggs.... Green tea and ginger ale.... But, other then that, the food was AMAZING out waitress was really kind and gave great service... If I am in the area again I might go back if I had enough money.
Hands down best sushi in the Chatham/Madison area. Always fresh and a lot of variety. Their tonkatsu and other hot appetizers (Hamachi kama is the bomb) are very good as well.
