Not enough sauce on the wings. And new phone ordering system sucks.
Called in like normal to place an order, immediately sent to voice-mail after listening to their phone ordering system for 2 minutes a call, called 5 times using the English line in a 20 minute period, never got a response. Decided to call using the Spanish line just to see and they answered immediately, so I asked the guy who answered if I could order in English or be transferred to the English line, he just laughs and says yeah sure and immediately hangs up on me. Try calling it again and this time a different person answers, so I say the same thing, can I order in English since the call wasn't going through on that line, he says sure no problem and actually transfers me over. This time a woman answers the phone and asks for my name and number, then asks what I want to order, I say a combo, then she immediately responds with, yeah sorry we're actually closed. So I asked what time they closed since it's nowhere near the normal time, and she says I'll check, proceeds to immediately hang up on me. I drive down to order and surprise there wide open like normal, I go in and ask why I couldn't order on the phone, and they just say, I don't know what your talking about, meanwhile the guys cooking in the back just start laughing at me. Cool service.
Ordered online, food was ready on time as scheduled. Boneless wings were good and flavorful. The ranch is great, and the carrots just become a vehicle for the ranch... actually, the carrots are good too.
This location, man. I don't know who the kid is running the orders and register but this dude has the worst customer service I've experienced at any Wingstop around here. Dude is the least personable person I've encountered and doesn't know how to speak to people. I'll just get Popeyes next time cuz that's right across the street
Leo served me and was super sweet and helpful with my order! I wasn’t sure which flavors to try and he gave me a sample and was super accommodating! The tenders were crispy and juicy. Definitely recommend!!
La verdad me quisieron robar pedí mi orden por teléfono y cuando llegue a la tienda dijeron que no tenían ni una orden mía y eran 78 dolares de orden me dijeron que era en una ubicación equivocada porque ahy ni recibían llamadas y les di mi nombre y mi teléfono y NY así entonces saly y llame al número de la tienda y me dijeron que sy ahy era my orden y fue como me la dieron pero no querían ni escuchar a la persona que tiene el récord de compra y el pago por teléfono pero ize el reporte con los supervisores de esa tienda pero pónganse abusados raza sy les quieren robar llamen al número de la tienda y ellos tienen el historial de pagos
El mejor servicio! Y muy delicioso. He comprado en varias sucursales y esta es la mejor.
