Please stop using plastic containers. nextdish only does takeout and it’s all in thick single use plastic containers. Will support if you switch to compostable packaging.

I like them because they have a lot of options and food is not bad. But there have been two times where they just miss one or two items I ordered and those items are never delivered. When you call to ask them they say it happens…

Best Chinese food delivery! Great service, not as salty and oily as most restaurants. Very good customer service. Lots of food options.

I'm SO VERY in love with this app.. Their UX isn't stellar, but their menu and food is so clean and fresh that the quality of food and delivery service reminds me of those of the South Korean delivery food app's (in mainland South Korea). Thanks to the ample nutrition with hygiene that they bring with their food, I believe I'd be able to bear with the stress from this biggest exam of my life that's just a month ahead of me. Thank you more than I can express, nextdish. It's sort of in the middle between subscription meal and the instant order-in app like doordash, but I'm sure Nextdish will beat the existing apps that are far behind in terms of both delivery service and food quality. I expect a UNICORN company is coming up called Nextdish!! Even the delivery guy is so well-mannered. Just one note is quite many of Chinese food menus are saltier than desired.. Although I guess that's just the cuisinal difference, but I wish a bit less sodium/soy sauce.. Also Microwave-safe plate may be desired - Wheelchair accessibility: they deliver the food to your door. which actually realizes a door-to-door service which are often ignored by Doordash delivery guys.

I stopped using Nextdish after 2 years. The dishes are getting more and more worse. Most of the dishes taste just not tasty anymore. Really disappointed.

Food is mostly okay (a bit above average). Delivery is on-time. It's one of the better ones I tried. I got a small portion once, and they provided partial refund. I do wish the dishes are less oily, but it's average for the industry.

Worst Chinese food. Oily and meat doesn't taste fresh.
