I picked up my order and the fries were cold, had absolutely no seasoning, the chicken had sauce caked up on just a few wings, while the other wings had no sauce and no seasoning. They were terrible! I called and the manager wanted me to come back up there to get my order replaced, but I declined because it was below freezing and weather was not good and I did not want to drive so he offered to give me a refund and said I would have refund within 7-10 days. It is now a month later, NO REFUND, I have called the store everyday for a week and they just keep telling me that the manager is not in, they will not give me his name to report to corporate and now saying they don't know if I will receive the refund. This place is a joke, every order I have had with them has been terrible.
This location off of Broad was pretty good. It was clean inside and the food was ready when they said it would be.

Kids behind the counter would not take my order until they were done with their loud personal conversations. They literally ignored me. Backs turned away from the register. Someone needs to train them on customer service. It's crazy that they are being paid to ruin the business.
Given this location multiple tries but this is just ridiculous at this point.. always missing items, overcooked wings (im talking burnt not crispy) takes and hour for delivery.. stop using door dash and just hire drivers!!
I love this place is wonderful Gabrielle was very welcoming its a very clean environment and nice food I highly recommend and i appreciate for the good service
