Wing Daddy's - Lubbock

The issue here, is they put some of the best sauces on the most lackluster wings. the meat is either burnt or chewy, or have extra lumps(tumor like) of meat growing on them weirdly. its like they pay for the grossest chicken meat and then put delicious sauce on them. god forbid you order their wings plain. its awful. idk if i can buy their sauce but i rather cook the wings myself with their sauce. not to mention i stopped going their because the place used to smell of sewage and the customer service was the most lackadaisical performance of effort or friendliness I've seen in the industry. The only redeeming factor is their sauces and rubs are top notch. this place will not stay open.. and when they close... i will miss the sauces

Alexis is amazing , absolutely LOVED her . The wings were top notch. I’ve never been asked if I want flats or drums before . Not to mention if you’re unsure of a sauce they will let you taste if beforehand. 10/10 recommend, also ask for Alexis , she’s a rock star , she made sure we were taken care of the entire time .

Got seated and waited 20 minutes for someone to attend to us. No one showed up so we left instead.

Order food off of doordash to pick up. They have our food to someone else and took forever to recook everything.

Don’t waste your time. Food was cold, queso was trash. Staff is rude.

Having to wait 50 minutes for food is ridiculous, especially when there was only 15 people in the restaurant. Service was decent. Tacos also came out very messy
