Quick cheap and easy. Food was so good had to go through twice
Save your time and money. They can’t remember the ingredients to make the dogs on their menu. Then they were out of tomato’s and didn’t tell us when we placed our order. I wouldn’t have picked a Chicago dog if they didn’t have all the ingredients. They left of the sport peppers, had to get those to put them on myself. All I got was “I’m sorry.” No offer to make it right whatsoever. Horrible customer service. I’ll never come back here. Such a poor representation for a promising chain.
Always a good hotdogs. The BBQ dog is pretty good too.
Rudest staff known to man. Ready for the invention of a Time Machine so I can go back to before I visited this location. I miss that time.
An absolute joke of a Wienerschnitzel location and the trashiest restaurant I have ever visited. The customer service is worse than nonexistent, it is flat-out hostile. We visited the store on 6319 82nd around 8:00p.m. and were overcharged for our order. Once this was pointed out to the employee named Butunya at the window we were told we could not get our money back, despite the fact that we paid in cash. The employee decided it was a tough luck situation and gave us a half-hearted “sorry” and sent us on our way. In what reality is it acceptable for the employees to acknowledge that they overcharged a customer, but refuse to make the situation right? Absolutely no explanation of why we could not be reimbursed for their error and out our own money. I called the store as we left and they did not pick up. It took multiple calls for someone to answer the phone. Butunya ( or “Miss B”, as the employees call her ) answered the phone in a very vexed manner. She said she was the manager but when I asked for her name she adamantly refused and proceeded to get aggressive in asking: “What is this about?”. I asked again if I could please have her name as it would do no good in speaking to the woman who would not give us our money at the window and she told me I could not have her name. Maybe I am missing something but people refusing to give their name should not be managing any kind of operation. I understand privacy, but not in this circumstance. She obviously did not want to be tied to the conversation in any way. I refused to interact with the such BLATANT rudeness and coarse tone Butunya was using so I ended the call. The level of politeness and respect my family and myself were treated with tonight was, frankly, rudimentary. No one deserves how we were treated this evening and I am irked that Wienerschnitzel would allow this type of behavior from managers of their establishment. It is embarrassing. I am empathetic to the fact that it is a fast-food joint, but there are no excuses. Do better. Be better. This is our last visit to ANY Wienerschnitzel.
It took awhile before someone took my order. Then I waited on my order then someone ask what I had ordered. Then it was cold. This place sucks. I will not be back.
